Pre-Dussehra Offer Terms

1. The offer applies only to eligible Home Deep Cleaning bookings for 2 BHK or larger residential properties.
2. A minimum billing value of ₹5,000 applies to the eligible Home Deep Cleaning booking.
3. The promotional offer is applicable within the defined 10 km service radius and is subject to operational feasibility.
4. The complimentary service covers sofa shampooing for one sofa of up to 5 seats. Additional seats, sofas or upholstery items will be chargeable separately.
5. The complimentary sofa shampooing has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, another service or a discount.
6. The offer is subject to slot availability during the Pre-Dussehra campaign period.
7. One complimentary sofa-shampooing benefit is applicable per eligible booking.
8. The offer cannot be combined with another promotional offer unless specifically approved by Aquuamarine.
9. Any additional services requested by the customer will be billed separately according to the approved quotation.
10. Final service eligibility, scope and quotation may depend on property condition, access, service requirements and site assessment where applicable.
11. Aquuamarine may reschedule a service when required due to operational, safety or availability constraints, in consultation with the customer.
12. Aquuamarine reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotional offer where reasonably required. Confirmed paid bookings will be handled according to the quotation agreed with the customer.
